Have a Spa Question?

Does the Spa have locker rooms?

The Spa does not have locker rooms but there are plenty of private spaces within the Spa to change clothes. We also can provide tote bags to keep your belongings with you in the treatment room.

What are your business hours, and are there any seasonal changes?

We’re open 7 days a week from 9 AM to 5 PM. From November 1 to February 28, we’re closed on Wednesdays, with some holiday exceptions.

How can guests schedule an appointment?

Are reservations required for spa services?

Reservations are highly recommended but not required. We happily accept walk-ins based on availability! Please note that there may be restrictions on the number of bookings/guests per day we are able to accommodate, so please try to make your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability.

How far in advance should guests schedule services?

For weekend services, we recommend guests calling at least 2-3 weeks in advance. For weekday appointments, we recommend guests calling at least one week in advance during the off-season (October-April) and at least 1-2 weeks in advance during peak season (May-September).

Do spa guests have access to hotel amenities such as the hot tub and pools?

Yes, for 2 hours surrounding their services, Spa Day Guests have access to the seasonal outdoor pool and the year-round indoor hot tub.

Do you have to stay at the hotel to receive spa services?

The Spa is open to the public in addition to guests of The Bellmoor Inn!

Does the Spa at the Bellmoor have a steam room, sauna, or relaxation room?

Spa guests can unwind in The Bellmoor Spa Lounge, where they are welcomed with complimentary mimosas, bottled water, robes, and slippers before and after their treatments. Please note that the hotel does not house a sauna or steam room. Spa guests are welcome to utilize the hotel's hot tub.

Is gratuity included in the service cost?

Gratuity is not included and may be added at your discretion.

Does the spa offer discounts/packages?

Is there a minimum age for treatments?

The Spa at the Bellmoor welcomes guests 18 years of age and older. Guests between the ages of 13-18 may receive massage services provided they are accompanied by an adult throughout the duration of the service. Guests as young as 13 may receive facial services unaccompanied, and nail services are available for guests over the age of 5.

What is the Spa at the Bellmoor cancellation policy for spa services?

We are a small Rehoboth Beach spa, and treatment times are reserved especially for you. Please review our cancellation policies:

  • Individual Reservations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full.
  • Spa Packages: Require a 72-hour cancellation notice to avoid a 100% charge.
  • Group Bookings: Must cancel at least 7 days in advance to avoid a 50% charge.
  • No-shows will be charged the full amount.

What if I am late for my spa appointment?

As a courtesy to all guests, late arrivals will only receive the remaining time of their scheduled appointment.
