Check-out is at 11am.
Check-in is at 3pm. If a guest arrives early, they are welcome to enjoy the hotel’s amenities such as parking, the spa, and the pool, while they wait for their room to be ready.
The Bellmoor Inn & Spa's nightly resort fee of 15% plus tax includes the follow hotel amenities:
- Full hot breakfast

- Two outdoor pools: Family pool and adult-only pool (seasonal)

- Club-level floor only: complimentary snacks and drinks for guests
One-half of your total stay is required as a deposit to secure your reservation. If the reservation is for one night a full deposit of your stay will be required.
Cancellation Policy:
- May 15- September 15: If you cancel with less than 7 days' notice, you forfeit your entire deposit. If you cancel 7 or more days before your arrival date, there is a $25.00 cancellation fee, and the balance is refunded.
- September 16- May 14: If cancelled more than 3 days prior to arrival there is a $25.00 cancellation fee, and the balance is refunded. If cancelled less than 3 days prior to arrival, you forfeit your entire deposit.
- For all dates and all room types: Reservations made during a flash sale or promo are non-cancellable and the entire deposit is forfeited, including but not limited to Cyber Monday, Pay Now Perks, Advance Purchase, etc.
Cancellation Policy for The Bell House:
- May 15- September 15: If you cancel with less than 14 days' notice, you forfeit your entire deposit. If you cancel 7 or more days before your arrival date, there is a $25.00 cancellation fee, and the balance is refunded.
- September 16- May 14: If cancelled with less than 7 days' prior to arrival there is a $25.00 cancellation fee, and the balance is refunded. If cancelled less than 3 days prior to arrival, you forfeit your entire deposit.
Cancellation Policy for Garden's Cottage, Family Suite, & Deluxe One-Bedroom Rooms: We have a 14-day cancellation policy for these select room types. If you cancel or change your reservation with less than 14 days' notice, you forfeit your entire deposit. If you cancel 14 or more days before your arrival date, there is a $25.00 cancellation fee, and the balance is refunded.
Pets are not allowed at The Bellmoor Inn & Spa. Please call the hotel for local Rehoboth kennel suggestions or pet-friendly accommodation recommendations.
We welcome Service Dogs as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act.
The Bellmoor Inn & Spa complies with the ADA, state, and local laws regarding Service Animals. Under the ADA, a service animal is defined as a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the person’s disability.
If bringing a service dog, we ask that you inform our team at the time of booking so we can prepare for your arrival. Service dogs are to remain under the control of the owner, whether by voice command, leash, or harness and may not be left unattended in your hotel room. A service animal may be asked to leave the premises if either (1) it is a direct threat to the health or safety of others, or (2) it would result in substantial physical damage to the property of others, or (3) it substantially interferes with the reasonable enjoyment of the accommodations by others.
Guests traveling with a service dog will not be charged a pet fee. However, charges may be incurred, should a service animal damage or soil the premises.
We love pets but they are not allowed at The Bellmoor Inn & Spa. Animals including emotional support, comfort, or companion animals are not considered service animals under the ADA and/or state and local laws and are not allowed on the premises. We reserve the right to not provide accommodations or ask a guest to leave the premises should they be in violation of this policy.
Yes, we do! Guests can enjoy complimentary parking seasonally, September 16th through May 14th. In-season, May 15th through September 15th, parking is $15 per car, per night with the restriction of one car per room. Our Gardener's Cottage and Bell House have two parking spaces and are subject to seasonal parking fee of two cars per night.
Yes, The Bellmoor Inn & Spa offers two EV charging stations for hotel guests—one general charger and one Tesla-specific charger. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Lobby Bar is open Thursday - Monday, 2pm-10pm. Closed Tuesdays & Wednesdays.

To provide a comfortable and safe environment for all guests, The Bellmoor is a non-smoking property. Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes or vaping devices, is prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, public spaces, and restrooms. Guests who are found smoking in the hotel will be subject to a fine . Repeated violations or the refusal to pay the fine may result in the guest being removed from the property without refund.
The Bellmoor Inn & Spa is on a mission to promote mental health in Delaware by advocating for compassionate treatment, respect, and support of those experiencing mental health challenges. This includes charitable support to organizations working to address our community's mental health needs. Guests will see a 1% fee added to their reservations called an Impact Fee. This fee is being collected to fund donations to organizations that align with the hotel's Community Impact mission and goals; past recipients include Horizon House and The Beebe Medical Foundation.
