What does the resort fee of 15% plus tax include?

What is the impact fee?

The Bellmoor Inn & Spa is on a mission to promote mental health in Delaware by advocating for compassionate treatment, respect, and support of those experiencing mental health challenges. This includes charitable support to organizations working to address our community's mental health needs. Guests will see a 1% fee added to their reservations called an Impact Fee. This fee is being collected to fund donations to organizations that align with the hotel's Community Impact mission and goals.

Check-out is at 11:00am

Are pets allowed?

Sorry, pets are not allowed on the property.

Yes, upon 24hr request.

Do you have on-site parking?

What are your cancellation/deposit policies?

One-half of your total stay is required as a deposit to secure your reservation. If the reservation is for one night a full deposit of your stay will be required.

Cancellation Policy: May 15- September 15: If you cancel with less than 7 days' notice, you forfeit your entire deposit. If you cancel 7 or more days before your arrival date, there is a $25.00 cancellation fee, and the balance is refunded. September 16- May 14: If cancelled more than 3 days prior to arrival there is a $25.00 cancellation fee, and the balance is refunded. If cancelled less than 3 days prior to arrival, you forfeit your entire deposit.

Cancellation Policy for The Bell House, Garden's Cottage, Family Suite, & Deluxe One-Bedroom Rooms: We have a 14-day cancellation policy for these select room types. If you cancel or change your reservation with less than 14 days' notice, you forfeit your entire deposit. If you cancel 14 or more days before your arrival date, there is a $25.00 cancellation fee, and the balance is refunded.
