Policies

Restrictions and Blackout Dates:  

  • Discount of up to 26% off for reservations secured with the NY2026 rate code only through 11:59pm EST on Wednesday, January 7, 2026.
  • A deposit equal to one night’s room rate plus taxes is required to secure your reservation.
  • A 7-day cancellation policy applies. If you cancel with less than 7 days' notice, you forfeit your entire deposit. 
  • Available for select room types.
  • Holiday weekends including, but not limited to, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Indigenous Peoples’ Day, and Labor Day may require a longer length of stay. 
  • Standard length of stay restrictions (between two and four nights, depending on stay dates) apply.
  • Promotion is subject to blackout dates and availability.
  • This promotion is not available to groups of reservations and cannot be combined with any other offer or applied to existing reservations.
  • NY2026 rate is commissionable.
