The Fine Print
Policies
Restrictions and Blackout Dates:
- Discount of up to 40% off for reservations secured with the ECYBER rate code only through 11:59pm EST on Monday, December 8, 2025.
- A deposit equal to one night’s room rate plus taxes is required to secure your reservation.
- A 7-day cancellation policy applies. If you cancel with less than 7 days' notice, you forfeit your entire deposit.
- Available for select room types.
- Holiday weekends including, but not limited to, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Indigenous Peoples’ Day, and Labor Day may require a longer length of stay.
- Standard length of stay restrictions (between two and four nights, depending on stay dates) apply.
- Promotion is subject to blackout dates and availability.
- This promotion is not available to groups of reservations and cannot be combined with any other offer or applied to existing reservations.
- ECYBER rate is commissionable.
