  • Are reservations required for spa services?

    Reservations are highly recommended but not required. We happily accept walk-ins based on availability!
  • How far in advance should guests call to schedule services?

    For weekend services, we recommend guests calling at least 2-3 weeks in advance. For weekday appointments, we recommend guests calling at least one week in advance during the off-season (October-April) and at least 1-2 weeks in advance during peak season (May-September). 
  • Do you have to stay at the hotel to receive spa services?

    The Spa is open to the public in addition to guests of the Bellmoor Inn!
  • Do spa guests have access to hotel amenities such as the hot tub and pools?

    Hotel amenities are for overnight hotel guests only. To enjoy the amenities of the hotel, please call 302-227-5800 to make your room reservation or book online!
  • Does the Spa at the Bellmoor have a steam room, sauna, or relaxation room?

    These features are currently not available at the Spa.
  • Is gratuity included in the service cost?

    Gratuity is not included and is a separate, optional cost.
  • Does the spa offer discounts/packages?

    The spa offers a number of packages at a discounted rate, as well as a year-round local discount and seasonal daily promotions. For more information, please visit
  • Is there a minimum age for treatments?

    The Spa at the Bellmoor welcomes guests 18 years of age and older. Minors may receive massage services provided they are accompanied by an adult throughout the duration of the service.
  • What is the Spa at the Bellmoor cancellation policy for spa services?

    Treatment times are reserved especially for you. For individual reservations, there is a 50% charge for any cancellations to appointment with less than 24 hours notice. Spa Packages require a 72-hour cancellation notice. Groups require a 7 day cancellation notice or there is a 50% charge. A missed service without cancellation will be charged in full. 
  • What if I am late for my spa appointment?

    As a courtesy to following clients, late arrivals will only receive the remaining available appointment time.
